Hippo is on the lookout for a Client Operations Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the dedicated ClientOps lead for our Private Sector accounts, providing vital support to our Business Development and Delivery teams.
This role sits at the heart of our operations; it is both internal and client facing, requiring a person who can represent Hippo with confidence and clarity.
If you are enthusiastic, organised, and thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, you’ll fit right in. We value people who are passionate about what they do and who take pride in supporting the success of the wider team.
The Role in a Nutshell
You will act as the operational backbone for our private sector engagements. Our ideal candidate is someone who is proactive and adaptable as this role involves a lot of context-switching. You may find yourself moving from detailed data entry to high-level client coordination in the same conversation.
While your primary focus is supporting our Private Sector accounts you are a team player who will provide general support to the wider ClientOps team as required to ensure seamless delivery.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Systems Ownership (Kimble/Salesforce): Taking the lead on Kimble (Salesforce) management for your sector. This includes inputting new roles and proposals, and making necessary adjustments to ensure our project data is always accurate.
SOW & Pricing Support: Providing ad-hoc support with pricing schedules for new Statements of Work (SoWs) and contracts, ensuring the commercial details are correctly captured.
Compliance & IR35: Responsible for managing IR35 checks for contractors, ensuring we remain compliant and that all assessments are completed diligently.
Private Sector Support: Acting as the primary ClientOps point of contact for Client Partners and Delivery Partners within the Private Sector.
Financial Analysis: Producing ad-hoc analysis and financial forecasts to provide the data needed for client discussions.
Resourcing & Onboarding: Managing the administration for new and existing projects, including CV formatting, security clearances and onboarding forms.
Cross-Sector Collaboration: Providing ad-hoc support to the other ClientOps Executives to ensure the smooth running of the wider department.
